骨盤の歪み
最近、骨盤の歪みも良くなりますか？
この質問良く受けます
答えを先に言うと勿論大丈夫です。
ただ骨盤は触らないと思います
うちで治療を受けている患者さんはもうわかっていると思いますが
問題は何故骨盤が歪んでしまったかなんです
これがわからないで骨盤を一生懸命治療しても又すぐに元に戻ってしまいます
少しだけ説明しますと骨盤が歪めば骨盤の中に入ってる内臓に問題がおきやすくなり骨盤は硬膜で頭蓋骨と繋がっているので当然頭蓋骨にも歪みが出て頭痛、眼や鼻の症状も引き起こします。
だから凄く大事な部位だからこそデリケートに扱わないといけないんですよ。
はっきり言ってしまえば骨盤が歪んでない人ほとんどいませんからね～
皆んなそれぞれ誤った身体の使い方で歪んでしまうんですよ
問題はその歪みの程度、どの位長期間歪んでいたか、それによって他の部位に影響が出てしまっているか？
これが大事なんです！
最後に骨盤の歪みがあると言われた方はその原因が他に必ずあるのでそこをちゃんと治療して貰って下さいね～^_^
