オステオパシーって何？ 2

前回のブログのつづきです。
今日はそのオステオパシーを作られた
A.T.Still語録を少し紹介致します。
『医学における現象を、本なしで学ぶ事は、海図もなしに広い海原へ航海に出るようなものだ。』
『しかし、本を読んだとしても、患者を診なければ、全く航海に出ていないのと同じである。』
『大腿骨に示唆される質問に全て答えるということは、永遠を開閉するという物である。』
又Dr.スティルはメカニカルな事だけに焦点を合わせていた訳ではない
直感的、神秘的な物を受け入れる事を示唆している。
一人の人間とは、身体（body）、精神（mind）、霊性（spirit）の 三位一体の単位である。
解剖学的システム、生理学的システム、心理社会的システム、が幾重にも関与している。
よってオステオパスは患者を病気の宿主と考えるのではなく、
どの様にして統一体として患者が健康から逸脱してしまったのか、
又その結果どの様にして病気になったのかを考えるのです。
つまりオステオパシーは『一人の人間の生命体の構造に対する治療法』であるのです。
